A Child Care Worker may perform the following tasks:
provide care for children in day care, before-school, after-school, and vacation care work with children between the ages of 3 months and 8 years assist children with crafts, read stories and play games make sure that the physical environment is safe make sure that procedures and government standards are adhered to provide routine updates to parents participate in professional development programs assist in the development and implementation policies on a broad range of issues.
assist in the development and implementation of programs to enhance the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of young children perform other duties as assigned Personal Requirements:
